Dr. Minen competed in the 2011 US Track & Field Championship in the men's 1500m and qualified in the 2012 US Olympic Trials. He still enjoys running and competing in various race distances as well as cycling, hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, and throwing the Frisbee with his dog, Linus.

Dr. Campbell competed in Cross-Country and Track at Hope College. In Chiropractic school she decided to try something new and joined the CrossFit and Olympic lifting community. She has competed at the Tri Santa Cruz and has qualified for age group Nationals. She enjoys various activities such as running, biking, swimming, lifting, skiing, and hiking. Dr. Campbell hopes to get more into rock climbing and pick-up cross-country skiing. In her downtime, you can find her at a coffee shop with her nose in a book.

Dr. Schroeder has long had a passion for athletics, playing collegiate soccer at Doane College, before pursuing a dual degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Though he does not play soccer as much anymore, he has transitioned to coaching and spent the past four years coaching at Huntington Beach High School in CA. Additionally, he has found a competitive outlet through CrossFit which he has participated in for the past nine years as well as several local competitions.

Kaitie Davis, LMT

  • Specializes in corrective exercise and injury prevention 

  • Utilizes massage therapy and exercise to serve her clients in a more holistic manner, bringing massage and movement together as a tailored treatment based on the needs of the individual

Maddie Alm MS, RD

  • A Colorado native, an All-American runner from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a 2x USA Championships qualifier.

  • Her passion for sports nutrition began when changing her nutrition led to drastic improvements in her performance.

  • Maddie has the expertise to help athletes and individuals of all levels learn how to optimize their nutrition so they can reach their full potential.


Maddie currently runs at an elite level and trains in Boulder with Emma Coburn, Cory McGee, Aisha Praught-Leer, Dominique Scott, and Laura Thweatt under coach Joe Bosshard.



Enjoys treats, pets, squirrels, and anything outside.

We are located in the 1440 building on the 28th frontage street just east of the Millennium Hotel. There is plenty of complementary parking around  the building. The building is only one story and is handicapped accessible.
