FAQ

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Yes, we work with insurance companies as an OUT of network provider and provide what is called courtesy billing. This means that we will handle the insurance billing and claims for you but your benefits may be different from that of an IN network provider. It is best to call your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify your out-of-network coverage and be versed with your benefits. If you have questions for us or would like for us to check on your out-of-network benefits, we will gladly do this for you. Please see the PDF "Price List" for our most commonly billed treatment codes. If you don't have insurance, then ask about our self pay rate.

Being out-of-network with insurance allows us to provide the highest quality of one-on-one care for our patients. We, therefore, are not limited by insurance companies and that allows us to individualize your care, spend more time with each patient, and ensure that  you can return to whatever it is you enjoy doing most!

WHY ARE YOU OUT OF NETWORK WITH INSURANCE?

DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL?

You do not need a referral for chiropractic services. All practitioners are trained in orthopedic and neurological diagnostics and have the duty to refer appropriately. If there is a problem that we cannot treat, we will make sure you can find the right provider for your needs.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?

Your first visit will include a detailed history and focused examination along with treatment. The initial examination is hands-on, and active,  and will include a care plan if needed. Treatment procedures include chiropractic adjustments, active release therapy, Graston technique therapy, fascial abrasion technique, kinesiology taping, and corrective exercises based on the injury or problem at hand.

DO I NEED A NEW PATIENT EVALUATION?

Yes, if you have never been to our clinic before we require booking a new patient evaluation. If you are an established patient and have a new and complicated injury you may book a 60-minute follow-up appointment and in the notes section include a brief description of the reason for your visit. For your convenience, our intake forms are provided below. It is recommended that you complete these prior to your visit or arrive 15-minutes early so that we can best serve you.
