Service Description

A follow-up appointment designed to address targeted areas as discussed during the treatment plan which includes Chiropractic Adjustments to up to 3 regions and one of the following: * Active Release Technique therapy/Graston/Fascial Abrasion Technique to 2-3 regions * Kinesiology Taping for 1-2 regions * 20 minutes of Physical Therapy/Therapeutic Exercises/Corrective Exercises. Cash rates are as displayed, insurance rates will depend upon your insurance company, you may call your insurance company to verify out of network benefits. If you're unsure of the length of treatment you may need, please contact the office at (303) 736-9343.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment.
