Service Description

A new patient visit entails a detailed history, a detailed and focused exam, treatment (including chiropractic adjustments, active release therapy, graston technique therapy, kinesiology taping, and corrective exercises). Please bring or wear athletic attire (shorts, short sleeve shirt, or tank top) and arrive 15-20 minutes early for new patient paperwork. This will ensure that the full scheduled visit time can be utilized for assessment and treatment. Cash rates are displayed, your insurance rates will depend upon your insurance company, you may call your insurance company to verify out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment.
